Legal Strategy Sessions are designed for other non-real estate legal issues that affect you, your family or your business.

We can help you evaluate your legal situation, give you more information about your rights and obligations and determine what steps you may want to consider taking to meet your goals. This strategy session is designed to give you a better understanding of your individual legal situation, what you should expect next and what you can (or cannot) do about your legal situation.

The Law Office of Robert M. Wells offers three tiers of Legal Strategy Session; Gold, Platinum and Diamond.  Gold sessions last for half an hour, Platinum sessions are an hour and Diamond sessions are for two hours. During your Legal  Strategy Session you can have documents reviewed, have your questions answered, explore options and get an assessment of what you can do to protect yourself, your family or your business.

Your commitment is limited to the Legal Strategy Session. There are no hourly fees, surprises, or further obligations if you do not decide to move forward with us. If you later decide to retain our firm for hourly work on the matter you discussed with us, you will receive a credit for the cost of your Strategy Session on your bill.

The cost of a Legal Strategy Session is currently $200.00 for a half hour session/$400.00 for a full hour Session. If you wish to set up a Legal Strategy Session, please contact us so we can schedule a time to meet.
